 Pratiyogita kiran Hindi Madan Lal Khurana, former Delhi Chief Minister, passed away on October  27, 2018 after a pro¬longed illness. He served as the Chief Minister of Delhi from 1993 to 1996, after  which he resigned amid controversy.
